The University of Haifa’s “Talents” Program, operating under Academia 360, showcased a unique model at Israel’s leading HR Excellence Conference, bridging focused academic training with real industry needs. Exposure to approximately 2,000 senior HR decision-makers and the generation of 94 high-quality leads strengthened the University’s position as a strategic partner to leading organizations. The program also highlighted student-led technological innovation from the Faculty of Computer Science and promoted TechBridge@UoH -an employment gateway to the high-tech sector for Arab society, established in partnership with the Israel Innovation Authority. The conference generated tangible momentum for expanding industry collaborations and increasing career opportunities for outstanding students.
