This week marked the grand finale of the Academia 360 HR Incubator, with a standout professional visit to NVIDIA’s offices in Yokneam. The visit brought together University of Haifa students participating in the Academia 360 program, offering them direct exposure to the inner workings of a leading global technology company.
Participants had the unique opportunity to meet Yael Rosenfeld, Head of Recruitment at NVIDIA Israel, who shared insights into managing complex human resources operations within a global organization with a strong local footprint.
The visit also included a professional panel featuring four HR leaders from NVIDIA, giving students the chance to ask in-depth questions, explore real-world challenges, and connect the theoretical foundations acquired through their academic studies and the incubator with practical, on-the-ground experience.
