The “Israeli Hope in Academia” program operates under the Dean of Students office, together with the Human Resources Department, launched a spoken Arabic course this week for members of the academic and administrative staff. The course was delivered by “Ahala wa Sahala” – The Arabic Language School.

In addition to learning the Arabic language, participants in the course were exposed to the history and cultural customs of Arab society in all its diversity through a joint tour they took in the village of Kisra-Sumei in northern Israel.
